V3X Global Solutions Ltd. is a leading Indigenous-partnered company delivering innovative, community-driven safety and security services across northern Canada. We currently have 70+ ex-Law Enforcement and Military professionals operating in a groundbreaking Peacekeeper Initiative—the first of its kind in Canada—successfully enhancing community safety through proactive engagement and partnership with local RCMP detachments.

Due to the continued success of this initiative, we are now expanding our team by 40 additional personnel, including the creation of border security checkpoints for three communities and the addition of 1 dedicated School Resource Officer (Monday to Friday position).

Current Opportunities

🔹 Peacekeepers – 2 Week On/Off Rotation

🔹 School Resource Officer – Weekday Position (2 week rotation during school terms)

What We Offer:

• Competitive compensation: $12,600 per 14-day rotation – Peacekeeper
• Competitive compensation: $10,300 per 14-day rotation – School Resource Officer
• Remote fly-in/out or drive-in/out operation (flights depart from Edmonton)
• Accommodations and vehicle provided
• Work in a historic, purpose-driven program in collaboration with RCMP
• Training recognition for former CBSA, Police, and Military personnel

Requirements:

• Must be ex-Law Enforcement, Military, or trained through CBSA (Police stream)
• Not an enforcement role – however, prior firearms and use-of-force training is mandatory
• Must be physically fit, adaptable, and capable of operating in remote, northern environments
• Must be able to establish your own Limited or Incorporated company (we provide onboarding support)
• Clean criminal record and valid driver’s license

About the Location:

You’ll be stationed in Little Red River Cree Nation, located approximately 1.5 hours northeast of High Level, Alberta. This is a remote, culturally rich, and deeply community-focused environment, where the Peacekeeper Initiative has already had a meaningful impact.
