In addition to reviewing and implementing suggestions and improvements from our Membership Surveys, we will continue to actively engage members with opportunities to input into building and shaping the Association. We are also building on this year’s successes by creating a:

• a Survivor's and Executor's one-on-one counselling service to assist retirees, spouses, families, executors/executrixes with identifying and managing their affairs should the retiree become incapacitated, and to transition or settle estates following death;

• CBSA RA Dedicated YouTube Channel - we are currently researching the viability of creating a dedicated YouTube channel to make our resources available to you on a permanent, convenient basis;

• a Special Edition Canada Immigration Retired Badge;

• CBSA - CBSA RA Ceremonial Unit Protocol - we will be implementing a formal protocol agreement for our members to attend and participate in CBSA Ceremonial Unit events;

• CBSA RA Volunteer Drive - we hope to increase the participation of more volunteers to provide more benefits for all our members.
